“How much does it cost to…”The cost of a service will depend on several things, including the parts needed and how much labour is involved. Did you know the average repair call takes under 2 hours, requiring minimal material? We quote our hourly rate over the phone. Not many service companies will do this. “Do you give free estimates?”Yes, on replacement jobs for heating and air conditioning systems. “What are your normal business hours?”Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. “Can I schedule an appointment for an exact time?”We do our best to work with your schedule, but unfortunately it is difficult to schedule exact appointment times for all service calls. We can always “window” a morning or afternoon appointment. Let’s be honest, we can tell you we’ll be there at a certain time like some other service companies do, but we’d be fibbing. We can plan for a 2 hour repair and it turn out to be only ½ hour and vice versa. This said, we always plan a courtesy call before we arrive, so you don’t have to wait around all day. “What guarantees or warranties do you offer on your services and products?”We warranty all repairs for 30 days. There is a one year warranty on all installations. Our warranty on replacement parts is 90 days. “I have a home warranty with a home warranty company. Can you do the work?”Yes, just give us a call and let us know your situation. We do not work directly for home warranty companies, so your warranty company will need to reiumburse you for any work that is done.
